This may be WAY too TMI for y'all, but I need a colon cleansing. If anything for a quick way to lose some weight. What do you think? Anybody tried it?

I used to work for a company that owned some radio stations that ran 30 minute 'infomercials' for that crap. We used to call it 'Colon-Blow.' I'd check with your doctor before you try any of that stuff.
works in the short run
it won't stick though
So find a real means to take off weight - slowly but with more efficacy.
